the caplen company uses a secure ordering system to protect your identity and important financial information.

To place an order, go to the  caplen General Store.

As a default, all orders are shipped via CD using United State Postal Service (USPS).  If you prefer to receive your shipment via Internet delivery, please take the following steps:

1. Go to the caplen General Store and purchase the desired software version and components.

2. Contact our office and provide an eMail address associated to a high speed connection.

Your aim software, Invoice and shipping literature will be sent to the eMail address.

NOTE: To use this shipping option, your eMail system should be configured to allow a 20mb attachment.

Does your Association, Organization or User Group have a special pricing code?

the caplen company negotiates special pricing with associations, membership organizations and user groups.  If your association, organization or user group has been given a special pricing code, please order your aim CD by calling our offices and providing us with the following information:

• Pricing Code

• Payment Information

• Shipping Information

If you do not have a pricing code, then contact your association, organization or user group and ask them to contact  the caplen company so that you can take advantage of special pricing on all versions of the aim product suite.

If you are currently using the ark 4.0 animal record keeping system, and want to upgrade to aim, please take one of the following actions:

• Send us your ark 4.0 CD, along with shipping information and we will ship you the equivalent version of aim.  As an example, if you are using the arkSTD version, we will ship you the aimSTD CD.

• If you cannot locate your ark 4.0 CD, call us and we will verify you as an ark 4.0 user and ship you an equivalent version of aim.

If you want to upgrade to a different version of aim  ( example: arkSTD to aimPRO), take one of the above actions and let us know which version of aim that you would like to receive.  NOTE: Upgrading from Standard to Professional version will incur an upgrade fee.
