caplen's aim Architect provides the tools to create new data entry forms or extend existing data entry forms and tables. This allows users to extend the aim Records system to meet any and all records management requirements.

This library will provide useful tips and assistance related to the development and implementation of breed specific or general use data plans that can be used as reference when creating new data entry forms or extending existing data entry forms and tables.

General	Intake / Acquisition	Things to consider when developing a data plan for range of information that needs to be recorded during the intake / acquisition process. It divides the data into several groupings ... data which needs to be always available and viewable within the Pedigree ... and data which needs to be captured for archival purposes and accessed in an on-demand fashion.
