This page provides a public library of data entry forms created by caplen's Customer Support Group or submitted by aim Users.

To use data entry forms downloaded from this library ... take the following steps:

Click the download link for the desired form.
At the prompt, select the Save option.
Save the file to the Shared Forms folder. If you installed the original CD to the default settings, the location will be

C:\Program Files\caplen company\aim\Architect\Shared Forms

Double-click the saved file and extract all files to the Shared Forms folder.
Launch the aim Architect and Import the data entry form.

NOTE: If you are using the Student version, launch the Data Entry Form Import Utility to import the downloaded data entry form.

NOTE: When you download a data entry form, simply use it "as is", or open the Form in aim Architect to extend the number of data entry fields or change the layout to meet your record keeping requirements.
